- Traveling distance and time will be calculated from pickup points within the city and outside city tours. In case of a pickup from one city to another city, the distance from the drop-off point to return will also be calculated. Charges for both sides will be applicable.
- Distance and time will be calculated from the pickup point. So, customers are requested to check the distance and starting time in the itinerary given to you. Before proceeding with a tour, you can clarify everything from our tour operator in advance. Disputes on the ongoing journey will not be accepted after the completion of the journey.
- Service Tax and any other Government Tax as per Government Guidelines will be chargeable along with 5% GST.
- We can provide original service bills, on requests.
- Payment needs to be done in advance of the tour in the form of token money to confirm the booking. Methods of payment are –
30% payment in Advance of total amount (non-refundable)
The remaining amount can be transferred on-going or on request by our drivers or tour operators. - In case of unavailability of vehicle, the same amount will be refundable within 2 days.
- Payment can be done through Net Banking, UPI Transfer, or Cash Deposit.
- Driver allowance or night charges will be a part of the tour package.
- Driver Bata is applicable after 08 hours (or after 12 hours of service)
- Extra time up to 60 minutes will be treated and hour, while onwards 61 will be counted as two hours. Therefore, the tariff will apply to the next higher slab/extra hour.
- For outstation night driving duties, the driver charges will apply from 8:00 pm to 5:00 am as per the given price.
- Travelers are responsible and liable for their safety and the security of luggage.
- Customers shall not smoke, chew tobacco, or consume alcohol in tempo traveller or during the journey
- Please carry a copy of the traveling voucher for the same.
- Kindly fill up the driver’s duty slip correctly once the trip is completed
- We count 1 day from 5 am till 10 pm, if you need a vehicle before 5 am or after 10 pm in that case client will pay extra overtime. We are not responsible if a client reaches their destination late due to traffic or any sudden incident.
- AC will not work in hilly areas or when the vehicles are parked or stopped somewhere.
- The travel agency is not responsible for any loss, theft, accident, etc. during the journey.
- Last-minute bookings will only be confirmed after checking the availability of vehicles on that date.
- In case of cancellation of the tour, the amount paid to us will be refundable only 15 days from the date the tour begins. Otherwise, some percentile will be deducted for cancellation within 15 days.
